We're Baaack

It has been a while, but like steroids in baseball, the Maniac refuses to completely fade away.

Here are tonight's fearless picks:

Davidson's Steph Curry is still nursing a sore ankle back to health. Meanwhile, The Citadel is very quietly developing into one of the nation's more intersting stories. You may not hear much about them this year, but buckle up for a few years of Citadel stories; particularly if Steph goes pro early. Last year, they fielded a team entirely comprised of freshman cadets. This season, the sophomore laden squad is 12-4 and looking tough.

Do they get the nation's eyebrows raised with a win tonight?? Probably not, but look for them to make it an interesting game.

Maniac's Pick: The Citadel + 14

Two last stand games tonight when Penn State visits Illinois and Miami (FL) hosts FSU. I like both teams fighting with their backs against the wall.
